Agrotech Startup Gramophone Appoints Navneet Singh Batra as Cofounder

Gramophone, an agrotech startup, has appointed Navneet Singh Batra as its co-founder. Batra brings with him a decade of extensive experience in the FMCG and agro-industries, which is expected to significantly bolster Gramophone’s strategic initiatives.

In his new role, Batra will be pivotal in driving margins, scaling marketing efforts, optimizing customer acquisition strategies, and expanding the company’s reach within the agro-market. His appointment is seen as a strategic move to enhance the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

Gramophone offers agronomy-led advice to fulfill farm input needs through a distribution network serving over 50,000 villages. Additionally, they have worked with two million farmers and retailers throughout the crop life cycle.
