The acquisition, effective January 1, 2025, combines two family-founded companies that are committed to improving agriculture and supporting farmers.

AgroLiquid manufactures and distributes high-efficiency liquid fertilizers designed to protect nutrients from environmental loss. These fertilizers are formulated to work with soil biology, making them more effective for crop use. Despite the acquisition, Monty’s Plant Food Company will maintain its current name and operate as a privately owned business. Sangalli will continue to lead the company.
