Bushel Plus Expands into U.S. Market, Bringing Advanced Harvest Technology to Farmers

Brandon, Manitoba-based harvest optimization technology company, Bushel Plus has announced its expansion into the United States, marking a major step in its efforts to provide farmers with tools designed to improve harvesting efficiency and reduce grain loss. The company, which already has a strong global presence, aims to support American farmers with precision-based solutions that enhance productivity and profitability.

Bushel Plus, known for its specialized tools that help farmers optimize their harvest, has established itself in 35 countries and has built a reputation for reliability in the field. Its technology is designed to capture more grain, minimize waste, and extend the longevity of farming equipment by reducing wear and fuel consumption.

According to Marcel Kringe, CEO and Founder of Bushel Plus, entering the US market is a natural progression for the company as demand for its products continues to grow.

“Expanding our footprint into the US is a natural next step in our growth journey. The strong demand we’re seeing in the US is a testament to the impact our solutions are having on farms worldwide.”

Building a Distribution Network in Key Agricultural Regions

To support its expansion, Bushel Plus is working on establishing a network of distributors across the United States. The company is partnering with leading farm machinery and precision agriculture dealers in key agricultural regions, ensuring that American farmers have direct access to its tools and services.

“By collaborating with established dealers, we’re ensuring that American farmers have easy access to our top-tier tools, backed by expert support and service,” Kringe said.

The company’s approach is focused on delivering high-quality, precision-based tools through trusted distribution channels, ensuring that farmers can integrate Bushel Plus products into their operations with ease.

Bringing Harvest Optimization Tools to the US Market

As part of its US expansion, Bushel Plus is introducing a lineup of harvest optimization tools designed to help farmers make informed decisions and maximize efficiency. Among the key offerings is the SmartPan System, an advanced monitoring tool that collects and analyzes grain loss data in real time. By providing precise calculations, the system allows farmers to fine-tune their combine settings, reducing waste and improving overall harvest performance.

Another key product in the lineup is MAD Concaves, a precision-engineered solution that improves threshing efficiency and combine capacity. Unlike traditional concaves that require cover plates or wire adjustments to achieve optimal performance, MAD Concaves are designed with a specialized grate system that reduces grain damage and rotor loss. Adaptable to various combine models and crop types, the system provides an effective solution for farmers facing challenges with high-moisture or high-yield crops.

The company is also introducing the MiniCombine, a portable, battery-powered tool designed to streamline moisture testing before harvest. This device quickly collects crop samples and provides highly accurate test results, eliminating the need for farmers to transport a combine, header, and truck to the field just to check moisture levels. By saving time and reducing costs, the MiniCombine helps farmers make data-driven decisions about the timing of their harvest.

Looking Ahead

With its expansion into the US, Bushel Plus is positioning itself to play a key role in supporting American farmers with advanced technology and data-driven solutions.

“Our mission has always been to empower farmers with the tools they need to make every bushel count. Farmers across America are looking for reliable, data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and profitability and we are eager to bring our technology to support their operations” Kringe said.

As part of its growth strategy, Bushel Plus will be showcasing its products at major US farm shows in 2025, including Commodity Classic, which is set to take place from March 2-4, 2025, in Denver, Colorado. The company sees these events as an opportunity to engage with farmers directly and demonstrate how its technology can improve harvesting practices.

With a well-established global reputation and a commitment to innovation, Bushel Plus aims to make a lasting impact on the US agriculture market, helping farmers maximize yields and improve efficiency through advanced precision tools.
