Allen will report directly to chief commercial officer Chris Turner and will join the company’s commercial leadership team. In this capacity, Allen is tasked with overseeing the national sales organization, driving the company’s revenue strategy, and expanding its distribution footprint across the United States.
With more than thirty years of experience in agricultural sales leadership, Daryl Allen brings an extensive background in business planning, strategic sales execution, and key account management. His appointment aligns with Pivot Bio’s strategic efforts to scale its commercial operations and meet growing demand across North America.

Prior to joining Pivot Bio, Daryl Allen served as the global biologicals commercial business expansion leader at Corteva Agriscience, where he was instrumental in advancing the company’s biologicals portfolio. His career spans leadership roles at Corteva, DuPont, and Monsanto, where he focused on strategic market development and large-scale account execution.
Daryl Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri. He is also an alumnus of the executive education program at Columbia Business School. In addition, Daryl Allen is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a recipient of the DuPont Global Excellence Award in marketing and sales.
