Smarter Agriculture Telematics: Razor Tracking Integrates with CLAAS Equipment

Germany based machinery manufacturing company, CLAAS, has entered into a partnership with Razor Tracking to bring a new level of telematics integration to farming operations. This collaboration allows CLAAS connect customers to see their CLAAS machines, along with other vehicles and assets equipped with Razor Tracking devices, on a single platform. The goal is to make it easier for farmers and operators to manage equipment, track movements, and ensure better coordination during critical times such as planting and harvesting.

Bringing Equipment and Assets Together

The integrated system was designed so that customers can view their CLAAS equipment and Razor Tracking devices together, either in the CLAAS connect platform or directly in Razor Tracking’s system. This makes it possible to have all important information in one place, helping farmers keep track of multiple farm locations and different types of machinery.

“Knowledge is power. Nowhere is that more evident than on a modern farm where smart logistics and equipment tracking are crucial for saving both time and money. That’s why CLAAS connect has partnered with Razor Tracking to deliver advanced fleet management solutions that track assets beyond CLAAS equipment.”

Detailed Insights for Better Decisions

The new integration goes beyond simple GPS tracking. Razor Tracking devices provide a wide range of information, including: GPS location, vehicle VIN, Fuel levels, Hours of operation, Engine running status, Location pings and history, Heading and speed, and Weather overlays

With these details, farmers and operators can know exactly where equipment is, how it is being used, and whether it is ready for the next task. Real time tracking also ensures that crews are in the right field, deliveries are made to the correct location, and overall transparency is improved across the farming operation.

Supporting Farmers During Busy Seasons

CLAAS already has a strong presence in the agricultural sector with its wide range of machines, including combines, forage harvesters, and tractors. The company continues to focus on solutions that help farmers improve efficiency and reduce downtime, especially during planting and harvesting seasons when timing is critical.

By integrating with Razor Tracking, CLAAS is expanding its support to cover not only its own machinery but also other essential assets and vehicles that farmers rely on every day. This means better coordination, less confusion, and more informed decision making across the entire farm operation.

Simplified Fleet Management for Agriculture

The integration between CLAAS and Razor Tracking highlights an important step in simplifying fleet management. By combining equipment data and telematics into one accessible platform, customers can make quicker decisions, avoid errors, and ensure smoother day to day operations.

For farmers and operators, the benefit is straightforward: more visibility, more control, and more confidence in managing all aspects of their fleet.
