Bengaluru based agritech startup, Fyllo, has entered into a partnership with HyFarm, the agri business arm of HyFun Foods, with the objective of accelerating the adoption of precision agriculture practices in India’s potato sector. The collaboration is focused on strengthening technology enabled potato cultivation across the country’s major potato producing regions through integrated digital systems and field level intelligence.
Integration of Digital Platforms for Real Time Farm Intelligence
As part of the agreement, Fyllo’s IoT powered soil, crop, and climate intelligence platform will be integrated with HyFarm’s digital ecosystem, including its FarmOji platform. This integration is designed to provide farmers associated with HyFarm access to real time farm data, predictive insights, and science backed advisories through a unified interface. The partnership brings together Fyllo’s technology capabilities and HyFarm’s established on ground farmer network to support informed decision making at the farm level.
Growers using the integrated platform will receive real time intelligence on soil moisture, nutrient status, and micro climatic conditions. The system will also support scientific irrigation scheduling to improve water use efficiency, disease and pest prediction models tailored specifically for potato crops, hyperlocal weather forecasts, and actionable in app advisories aimed at improving day to day farm operations.
Commenting on the partnership, Soundararadjane, Chief Executive Officer of HyFarm, said that the company’s objective is to build a trusted, technology enabled potato ecosystem in India.
HyFarm’s mission is to build India’s most trusted, tech enabled potato ecosystem. Partnering with Fyllo accelerates this journey by delivering precision insights at scale, ensuring that farmers grow consistently, sustainably, and profitably.
Focus on Yield Quality, Risk Reduction, and Profitability
The collaboration is expected to contribute to improvements in quality, consistency, and profitability across India’s processing grade potato supply chain. By enabling continuous monitoring and predictive analysis, the partnership seeks to reduce production risks while supporting better yield outcomes for farmers supplying potatoes for processing applications.

By combining precision agriculture technology with a structured farmer engagement framework, the initiative aims to facilitate wider adoption of data backed farming practices, moving beyond limited pilots to broader on field deployment across key potato belts.
Sudhanshu, Co-founder of Fyllo, stated that precision agriculture needs to transition from experimental initiatives to widespread implementation.
Precision agriculture must move from pilot projects to mass adoption. Through our partnership with HyFarm, we are bringing IoT, AI, and predictive crop intelligence directly to the field, enabling farmers to grow smarter and de-risk every decision.
The partnership reflects a coordinated approach to embedding digital intelligence into potato cultivation systems, with an emphasis on scalable deployment, operational efficiency, and improved outcomes for growers within India’s potato processing ecosystem. The collaboration between Fyllo and HyFarm underscores a structured push toward embedding data backed practices into India’s potato cultivation systems. By aligning precision agriculture technology with an established farmer network and integrated digital platforms, the partnership is positioned to support more predictable production outcomes, improved resource efficiency, and a more resilient supply chain for processing grade potatoes across key growing regions.
