Leads Connect, headquartered in Noida and a subsidiary of BL Agro, inaugurated its AI enabled Integrated Command Centre for Risk Intelligence (ICCRI) and globally launched KEDAR-PARVATI, an AI powered large scale intelligence platform for risk management, during a high level visit by a Brazilian delegation. The launch took place amid Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s five day state visit to India and coincided with the ongoing India AI Impact Summit.

The company stated that the introduction of ICCRI and KEDAR-PARVATI aligns with India’s expanding focus on Artificial Intelligence and digital public infrastructure for agriculture. The event marked a key moment in ongoing agricultural cooperation between India and Brazil.

High Level Brazilian Delegation at Noida Headquarters

Leads Connect hosted a delegation led by H E Paulo Teixeira, Minister of Agrarian Development and Family Farming, Government of Brazil. The delegation included Arnaldo Manuel de Souza Machado Borges, President of ABCZ (Associação Brasileira dos Criadores de Zebu); Roberta Bertin Barros and Rogerio Barros of Fazenda Floresta; Diplomat Eduardo Braga; and Maurício Polidoro, International Advisory.

Teixeira inaugurated the AI Enabled Integrated Command Centre for Risk Intelligence and witnessed the global launch of KEDAR-PARVATI at the Noida headquarters.

ICCRI: Hyperlocal, Real Time Risk Intelligence

The AI Enabled Integrated Command Centre for Risk Intelligence (ICCRI) has been designed as a live, in house command centre delivering hyperlocal real time analytics across agriculture, climate risk, financial inclusion, credit, disaster management and related domains. During the visit, the delegation was shown live demonstrations of proprietary intelligence frameworks.

Operational geoportals demonstrated in real time included AGRANI, PixStack, DEVI-Saptashati, Maatri, and KEDAR-PARVATI. The company described ICCRI as a platform that integrates real time analytics across the agriculture and climate risk spectrum, providing actionable intelligence across multiple use cases.

KEDAR–PARVATI: Large Scale Intelligence for Risk Management

KEDAR-PARVATI was presented as a next generation, AI powered large scale intelligence platform for risk management. The company stated that LLMs and SLMs form part of KEDAR-PARVATI as modules aimed at strengthening risk management solutions for agriculture and climate analytics at planet scale.

KEDAR stands for Knowledge Engineering & Deviation Analytics for Risk Intelligence, while PARVATI refers to Phenomics Analytics & Risk Value Assessment for Transferring Intelligence. The platform was developed by Varahi-NexTech and Leads NexTech India, and operationalised on the ground by Leads Connect.

Ashish Khandelwal, Managing Director of BL Agro, said the platform brings together satellite intelligence, field analytics, financial risk modelling and cross domain learning into a unified system capable of supporting governments, financial institutions and farmers.

Statements on AI and Agricultural Deployment

Navneet Ravikar, Chairman and Managing Director of Leads Connect and CEO of BL Agro, said it was an honour to showcase to Teixeira how AI is being leveraged across different aspects of agriculture. He noted that the launch coincides with India hosting the India AI Impact Summit, describing it as a moment that has placed the country prominently on the global AI landscape. He added that the company’s work in implementing AI in agriculture internationally reflects India’s growing capabilities in the field.

Ravikar further stated that the agricultural dynamics in India and Brazil are similar, particularly in the context of climate change challenges, and that the solutions being developed are suitable for deployment in the Brazilian ecosystem. He underlined that both ICCRI and KEDAR-PARVATI can be adapted for Brazil.

In a separate remark, Ravikar said that agriculture contributes substantially to India’s GDP and that the integration of Artificial Intelligence into the sector is part of the broader vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He described the launch as a milestone in that direction.

Bilateral Focus on Agritech and Climate Resilient Systems

In his address, Paulo Teixeira reaffirmed Brazil’s commitment to deepening bilateral collaboration with India in agricultural technology, digital transformation and climate-resilient farming systems.

A special interaction session during the visit brought together smallholder farmers, cooperatives and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). Participants shared use cases demonstrating how AI driven advisory and risk intelligence tools have contributed to improved productivity, enhanced access to finance and strengthened climate resilience at the grassroots level.

India-Brazil Agri-Tech Corridor Initiative

The visit also highlighted an upcoming 360° India-Brazil Agri-Tech and Agri Value Chain Corridor initiative, beginning with the cashew value chain. The initiative will be undertaken in collaboration with EMBRAPA and Amazonika Mundi.

According to the company, the corridor aims to integrate plantation science, value chain analytics, AI enabled advisory, financial services including credit and insurance, sustainable processing and structured market integration in Brazil, with potential replication in India.

With the inauguration of ICCRI and the launch of KEDAR-PARVATI, Leads Connect indicated its intent to expand its presence in Brazil while positioning its AI enabled risk intelligence infrastructure for cross-border agricultural collaboration.
