Ninjacart Launches Startup Program to Support Early-Stage FoodTech and AgTech Startups

Ninjacart, Bengaluru based supply chain management company, has launched the Ninjacart Startup Program (NSP), an initiative designed to help early-stage FoodTech and AgTech startups accelerate their growth. The program provides access to technology, financial resources, venture capital partners and expert business advisory to support the scaling and development of startups in the food and agriculture sectors.

The Ninjacart Startup Program offers four main benefits for selected participants:

  1. Access to Ninjacart’s Advanced Technology
    Startups will have access to company’s supply chain management (SCM) tools. These tools are designed to support growth and improve operational efficiency. Growth-oriented tools include demand forecasting, sales management, pricing intelligence, campaign management, and customer app modules. For improving operational efficiency, startups will also be able to use modules for procurement, inventory management, workforce management, logistics, and catalog management.
  2. Pitch to Venture Capital Partners
    Startups will have the opportunity to present their business models and innovations to prominent venture capital partners, including Syngenta Group Ventures and Base Capital. The pitch session will take place on Demo Day in February 2025.
  3. Financial Backing
    The company offers up to US$50K in credits to offset platform and implementation fees during the first six months of participation. This financial support aims to help startups reduce the burden of initial setup costs and focus on scaling their operations.
  4. Expert Business Advisory
    Participants will receive personalized guidance from Ninjacart’s domain experts. The advisory will focus on helping startups build scalable supply chains for fresh produce, meat, and staples, offering actionable strategies to enhance their operations and drive growth.

Who Can Apply

The Ninjacart Startup Program is aimed at supporting emerging startups that are transforming the food supply chain. To be eligible for the program, applicants must be post-revenue food or agri-tech startups that have raised up to US$1 million in funding. Additionally, the startup must have begun operations in 2020 or later.
