The investment, led by Fowler Westrup India, reflects the growing demand for innovative agricultural solutions and supports GA’s mission to enhance farming practices through advanced precision technology. General Aeronautics’ drones are certified by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and are already employed by leading agrochemical companies such as Syngenta, Bayer, FMC and IFFCO. By reducing water usage by up to 97% and ensuring uniform application, the drones enhance crop protection while minimizing risks associated with traditional spraying methods. Each drone is capable of covering up to 100 acres in a single day, significantly lowering labor costs and time investment.
