Top 3 Winners of the Hackathon
Out of the top 10 finalists who showcased their innovative solutions during the Grand Finale on August 24, 2024, three teams emerged victorious:
Team Eldew Digital Pvt. Ltd.: Champion
- Members: Malvika Lal, Nitin Shinde, and Rishi Kudale
- Innovation: The team developed Utkrishi, a comprehensive digital platform designed to create a transparent and traceable ecosystem for agricultural transactions across the entire value chain. This platform not only enhances market linkages but also improves farmers’ access to credit through improved financial reporting, effectively strengthening agro-value chain linkages.
Team Rashail Agro: First Runners-Up
- Member: Saral Jain
- Innovation: Team Rashail Agro developed Fasalam, an innovative mobile application that revolutionizes agricultural advisory by providing farmers with real-time, data-driven insights. The app integrates AI and IoT to offer personalized recommendations, weather forecasts, soil health analysis, and market trends, empowering farmers to optimize yields, reduce costs, and adopt smart, sustainable farming practices.
Team Jalyan: Second Runners-Up
- Members: Jayatu Kanta Bhuyan, Milind Lakhwani, and Bidyasagar Hazarika
- Innovation: Team Jalyan created the Jalyan App, an intelligent platform that provides data analytics and Better Management Practice (BMP) scores for fish farmers. The app enhances fish farm productivity and addresses data gaps faced by BFSI players, enabling the creation of tailored financial products, alternative credit scoring, and risk models, thereby promoting sustainable livelihoods and financial inclusion for India’s fisheries sector.
