Services include mechanization, market access for selling produce, and financial assistance, all designed to strengthen the agricultural ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh.
The platform is accessible through voice commands in multiple languages, including Hindi, Bangla, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati and Punjabi, ensuring ease of use for a diverse population. This feature leverages Google’s advanced artificial intelligence to bridge the digital divide and make the network more inclusive.

UPONA’s foundation is built on Google Cloud’s Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI)-in-a-box solution and the Beckn Protocol, which enables interoperability and decentralized discovery of services.
